!! PLEASE READ!!

With our ever increasing clientele, we’ve been having some issues in regards to vaccinations.
Per Iowa state law, pet grooming salons are REQUIRED to have a hard copy of your pet’s
up to date RABIES and DISTEMPER paperwork.
Without them we can’t groom your pet. If you show up with expired vaccines or no way to get
it emailed or texted to us to print the out a hard copy, you will be asked to reschedule for a date
after your pet’s vaccines are updated. We prefer
a 24 hour time frame between vaccines and
Grooming appointment is case of a reaction to their vaccines.
Lastly, a lot of new clients have wanted us to call
and get the vaccination records ourselves. With
our large clientele between the groomers, it is unrealistic for us to call for every client and have found that not all vet clinics will give us this
Information.

pet’s vaccinations! We appreciate you!!

When we book your appointment we are setting aside a dedicated time slot for your pet. We only ask that if you must reschedule your appointment, that you please provide us with at least 24 hour notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give that reserved time slot to another pet who needs our services.

If you do not give us 24 hour notice or no call/no show for the designated appointment you will be required to pay a $25 fee and prepayment for your next scheduled appointment.

Every pet receives a unique reservation. When your appointment is made we make special arrangements to be ready for your pets groom. Except in occasional circumstances you can expect us to be prompt. We, of course, would appreciate the same courtesy from you. That being said if you are more than 10 minutes late for your pets scheduled appointment there will be a $15 late fee applied to the groom. Also if your pet is not picked up by closing time a fee will be charged to your appointment for that day.

Due to rising costs in the grooming industry some of you may experience a significant price increase.

A good friend of mine here in Park View has an injured kitty in her backyard with no collar. The injuries are severe and she’s taking to Animal Emergency Center in Bettendorf. If anyone thinks this is their cat or knows who it belongs to please message us. We can put you in contact with my friend.

A gentleman stopped in today with an injured parakeet. It has a bracelet and appears to have been a pet. Sadly it has since passed away. If you think this could have been your pet please let us know. We can put you in contact with the person who found the bird.
