The Ball & Cone Race. She did it twice to show how it's done. One rider picks the ball up and sets it on the 2nd cone, then tags their partner in and they move it back. Each rider goes 3 times.

Example of the Flag Race. One rider at a time the pick the flag up, go around the last pole and put the flag in the 2nd cut off cone then tags their partner in. Each goes 3 times.

This is the Baton Race. I wish I would have had another rider to show how the teams tag, but in a nutshell, one person weaves the poles down and back and then come back and hands off the Baton to their partner. Each one goes 3 times.
While it is a race, if you drop your Baton OR knock a pole over, you must dismount and pick the Baton or pole up.
