A few months ago my bone density scan came back at risk for spine fracture 😳 while PJ is “green”, I felt it wasn’t worth the risk. So while the specialist determined how much at risk I am, and we make a plan, I sent PJ to my good friend Tara Vorhes Polson. I’ve known her for 40 years, since we started 4-H, and she is a fabulous c**t starter! After 60 days, I had my first ride on PJ and was so pleased. Tara not only gave him a good start, but gave me confidence that he’s under control and has tools. So blessed for good friends and good horses ♥️

In for a fall tune-up. Spent time in the round pen which is some about burning off extra energy, thanks to weather/temp changes from Hurricane Polo, but more about getting him to focus on me and respect my space and direction. He likes to “jump scare” at random things going on outside the pen, and gets a reminder that his focus should be on me.

Isla and Titan won their ALL-AROUND saddle!
