In an effort to curb pet overpopulation and make for healthier pets, The Spay Neuter Clinics of Texas provides low cost spay and neuter services and vaccinations for pets in the El Paso community. Spay or neuter surgery is a small one-time cost when compared to the costs of potential behavioral, health and temperament problems and overall pet care.
