Looks like La Sangre is back on the menu, booiis!!! *Uruk Hai howls* I have been doing a lot of research into getting actual beets into the farm. It’s one of the most requested crops in every market I have been to. I want to work on having proper beets, good sized ones not the little average ones that I’ve grown in the past 🤣😭 in the mean time I’ll have some La Sangre variant this Saturday in juice!

My Arugala went to seed in the hydroponic system. I messed up the calculation for fertilizer and chems because… I over looked that this system was directly under lights unlike my older system 😭 buuuuut! The red acre cabbage is doing fantastic in the hydroponic system system 😬😬😬 I am really looking forward to having full sized heads in a few weeks 😏 and the new arugula set is already seeded. You live and you learn ⬆️➡️➡️
