🎄 Holiday Season Policy Update 🎁

The holidays are our busiest time of year, and we want to make sure every furry friend gets their spot on our schedule! To help us manage appointments more efficiently, please note the following policy in effect from now until January 1st:

🐾 Card on File Required:
All appointments booked during this period will require a card on file. This helps protect our time and ensure we can serve all of our wonderful clients.

🐾 No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy:
If you no-show or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 30% of the appointment cost will be charged to the card on file. This applies to both new and returning clients.

We truly love all of our clients, but we work by appointment only — when a spot goes unfilled, it affects our small business and the pets waiting for openings. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time. 💛

🐾 Holiday Scheduling Reminder:
Appointments may take a bit longer than usual as we do our best to accommodate everyone by extending our schedule. Please call early to reserve your spot — holiday bookings fill up fast!
