New and old club officers are encouraged to participate in Officers’ Training on Wednesday, November 13, 6:30 p.m., at the 4-H Office in Mays Landing. It’s important to be a good officer! The workshop is designed to help officers understand and perform their job better. Activities will help officers communicate better, organize activities, and develop teamwork, as well as explain the specific duties of each other and how to conduct a club meeting. Hello everyone!
I apologize that this process is taking so long. There have been changes to the 4H registration system.
In order to have this club get started. We are in need of registered volunteers and most importantly a CO LEADER! This person needs to provide 3 references, complete a background check, volunteer training, and any additional training required as well as work with the leader (me) to bring our club along.
We only have until December 31, 2024, so we can start the year as our club.
🌟🌟🌟when registering your family and child /children please select any horse club or small animal club. Once we are sanctioned the office will move everyone over to our club. I do apologize for the delay and inconvenience that has been caused. We are just as enthusiastic now as in the summer to get these clubs started.

 This is a reminder to re-enroll in the Atlantic County 4-H program. If you have not re-enrolled yet, attached are the directions for both members and volunteers to get started. Please be aware that once we switch over to the 2024-2025 project year using ZSuite, you will no longer receive communications from the Atlantic County 4-H Office.

The first thing you are going to do is go to https://4h.zsuite.org and select Sign Up. From there you will set up your "Household". Once you set up your Household, you can enroll as a member or a volunteer from there.

Once your enrollment is complete, it will be submitted to the 4-H Office for review. Your enrollment status will change upon review.

Please be patient with us as we are also learning the new program with you. We'll do our best to assist you and answer any questions.

Hello everyone!
We are starting a few Atlantic County 4-H clubs at Rockin’ J Ranch in Egg Harbor City. We are excited to see so much interest in these new clubs. We are looking forward to our Horse Club and our Livestock/small animal club, this club might be broken up into two clubs in the future.
As the process of getting clubs started requires a few adults to join us, we are looking for a co-leader for the horse club and both leader and co-leader for the livestock/small animal club. If you wish to volunteer for these positions there are a few requirements that Rutgers requires. Registration @ https://4honline.com. If you are interested in being a leader or co- leader, please select Alison’s horse club even if you only want to do livestock/sm animals. This is how 4H knows we will have everyone in place to start.
You will need to provide 3 references to be verified, a background check is performed, an online volunteer training session and an orientation and leaders program to complete.
If you would like to just be a volunteer to help out with the kids please follow the same procedure except choose volunteer and any other area you would be willing to help with. Adult volunteers whether you would like to be leaders or just help out, the process is the same as far as references, and volunteer training goes.
Please do not sign your children up yet, until all our volunteers complete everything and the county says we are officially approved to be a club.
