Hello! We have a couple of updates & reminders!
What's new:
👉We have re-evaluated our rates.
👉Please know pricing for your dog can vary per groom.
👉Price is based on our area, time, size, breed, coat condition, temperament, style of groom, add-ons, etc. Your groomer will tell you your total after the groom is complete.
As always:
🚫ENTRY GATE: Please do not open or walk through our gate.. even if your dog is right there. Do not open our gate. This is for your safety.
💉VACCINATIONS: Please bring (or email) your groomer updated vaccination paperwork after your dogs' yearly shots, as all dogs require the basic shots.
🕷FLEA/TICK PREVENTATIVE: Dogs must be on flea/tick preventative. We do not do flea treatments because no dog should have fleas when walking into the salon. (You will be charged a fee if your dog has fleas.)
🤒RESCHEDULE: If you need to reschedule, please let your groomer know asap so we can fill the slot & are not out that money.
👻NO-SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION POLICY: You will be charged the full groom price if you no-show. You must pay before we schedule your next appt. We understand emergencies happen, people wake up sick, weather, etc. So just communicate with your groomer on this!
🕛DROP-OFF POLICY: Please drop-off your scheduled time. If you're more than 15 min late, we might not be able to take your dog, & you could be charged a no-show fee. We work on a very tight schedule and really need you to drop off on time. Again, just communicate with your groomer.
😁PICK-UP POLICY: Not needed because you pick up your dog in a timely manner, and we appreciate that so much!
