Keep this in mind when coming to your appointments.

Southern Commercial Development, LLC is working with CSX to provide traffic control and detour signage for railroad crossing closures that require necessary maintenance and/or emergency repairs. CSX Transportation has announced that they will have a tie team that will work in Florence County beginning June 11 at 4:00 AM, requiring a total closure of the railroad crossing on Pamplico Highway in the City of Florence.

The crossing should be opened by 4:00 AM on June 12. This will necessitate rerouting traffic. Signage will be in place marking detour routes. Please note the expected closure date(s). We will update you on any schedule changes as they occur, as they are highly likely in this field of work. Please note that any/all dates are subject to change due to weather and/or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists should anticipate extended travel times and delays. Please avoid this closure area if possible.

Thank you for your continued trust and support, it is truly appreciated.

We want to be transparent with you—over the past year, the cost of grooming products and supplies has nearly doubled. We have done everything we can to absorb these increases while keeping our services affordable.

Even with this change, our pricing will remain below the local average.

➡️ Effective June 2026: Prices will be increasing to continue providing the quality, care, and safety your pets deserve, this adjustment is necessary.

📌 Policies:

⏰ 24-hour notice is REQUIRED for cancellations

A $20 no-show/cancellation fee will apply without proper notice. We know that emergencies happen and can work with you when they do

🚗 Pick-up Policy:
Dogs must be picked up within 1 hour of completion notice

A $10 late fee will be applied after that time
(This includes dogs scheduled to stay all day)

📅 Client Status:
We are NOT accepting new clients at this time
We are currently booked 8 weeks in advance at this time

We do not take these changes lightly. Our goal has always been and will continue to be to provide dependable, high-quality grooming in a safe and caring environment.
