I was gifted this book by a very close friend who intuitively knew I would benefit from it. Ive read, highlighted, summarized and re-read this book a few times now. As the book suggests, I take what feels right to me, and leave what doesnt.

One of the practices that immediately felt right to me was the tips for improving your home and to think of your home as a sacred place.

The energy in my home now feels calm, safe, warm, and for a lack of better words, it feels appreciative.

I notice my family taking better care of their spaces now too, as they have also noticed the benefits of mindfully caring for and crafting spaces in the home.

Transform your home with our natural simmer pots! Crafted using only herbs and spices—no added essential oils or artificial scents. Choose from a variety of blends, each designed with unique intentions, as shown in the pictures. These simmer pots can be reused for multiple days (I typically use them for 4 days), offering long-lasting warmth and ambiance.

*If you don’t see an intention or a blend/scent you are looking for, message me! I am happy to make custom blends!*

Simple to use:

1. Remove the silica packet (included to preserve freshness).
2. Boil water and add the ingredients.
3. Reduce to a low simmer and let the natural aroma fill your space.

We are often asked if we make our own intention candles. The answer is a resounding YES! Not only do I pour each candle by hand, but I also crafted the molds myself—because every detail matters when it comes to intention.

To ensure the purest energy, I cleanse our space (and everything in it!) with cedar and pine before I begin. Every step is intentional: from choosing the perfect wax colors and herbs to focusing on one intention at a time. Today’s creations were for health, protection, and peace from negativity. 🌿✨
