Hello, Eagle County dog lovers! 👋🐶

I want to start by saying, THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! You guys have filled my schedule for the entire summer! We have a few spots for late August still available, and September is also starting to get booked up. You guys are amazing, and thank you so much for trusting us here at Top Shelf Grooming to groom your pups! 💖🐾

With that, we do book on a first-come, first-served basis, but it is becoming difficult to accept new clients. However, we certainly will never stop accepting new clients, with the caveat that we are booked out pretty far right now. So, we can get you on the books for September as of right now. 🗓️🐶

For our current clients: Please do rebook when picking up your dog or set up a few appointments in advance. And thank you so much for the years of trust you have given us. We will do our best to make sure we get your dogs in every 4-8 weeks. 🙏🐕

Thank you guys again for the busy-ness we have; we truly appreciate it, as well as your patience while we have this summer rush of doggos! 😊🐾☀️

Hello Eagle County! Here's a little update for Top Shelf Grooming. We're currently booked out until August, with a few days in August still available. If you're a current client, we recommend rebooking upon pickup and scheduling your next few appointments in advance! For new clients, please bear with us during our busy season. Hello Top Shelf Grooming pet parents and future clients. Over the course of the past two months we have been updating people about new policy changes coming June 1st.

That date is slowly creeping up on us and I wanted to post here as well the new updated policies:

Starting June 1st, grooming services will increase by $10. This helps cover rising supply costs, equipment maintenance, and adding card payment options, so we can continue providing high-quality care for your pups.

Policies:
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: 50% fee
• Please pick up within 30 minutes of the ready message — late pick-ups may incur $60/hr fee

I would like to provide you with an update regarding the current operations at Top Shelf Grooming. We anticipate a particularly active summer season, based on the trends observed in June. In light of this, we kindly request your patience as we attend to your pets. While our standard practice is to complete grooming services within our four-hour window, there may be instances this summer where additional time is required for certain dogs. Our objective remains to adhere to the four-hour timeframe, and we appreciate your understanding should we occasionally exceed this duration.
