Cinnamon is smart, funny, she loves to sit pretty, she will wear a Christmas sweater if put on her. She's very friendly but prefers to be the only dog due to history of being attacked by other dogs. She will be a loyal companion to her new family. She is ready to share her love and bring joy to her new forever home.

📣Registration Is Now Live For The Spay & Neuter Initiative At Palm Valley Animal Society!📣

Thank you all for your patience—we know this update took a little longer than expected! We’ve been hard at work restructuring our spay and neuter program to make sure everything runs smoothly and safely for pets and families alike!

Our PVAS Spay & Neuter Clinics are designed to help pet owners in our contracted cities access affordable, high-quality care. To keep things organized, we’re limiting appointments to 40 animals per day, with additional restrictions on the number of cats, dogs, males, and females accepted each day.
A quick reminder: these clinics are only available to residents of our contracted cities—McAllen, Edinburg, Palmhurst, and unincorporated Hidalgo County. Proof of residence is required at registration.
Please check the event links for full details, pricing, and eligibility before booking—spots will go fast!
