Our 6th annual Tomato Fest 🍅 was a success! A huge thank you to everyone who joined us to sample the tomatoes from our variety trial and share their feedback.

Special thanks to Prickly Pear for providing refreshing herbal teas, Dr. Robin Choudhury for sharing pickles from his cucumber trial, and Juana Simona for leading a hands-on eco-printing activity using tomato leaves.

We appreciate everyone who made this event as amazing as it was!

Results of the Top Tomatoes coming soon, so keep an eye out!

We are celebrating the end of the growing season with our last farmers market THIS SATURDAY! Please stop by from 10 AM-12 PM to stock up on our farm-grown goods before we take a summer break. 🌞🫶🏻

Our 6th annual tomato fest is right around the corner!!!Prepare to taste lots of delicious tomatoes, pickles, and native herbal teas. Bring your favorite dish for a potluck (tomato dishes heavily encouraged 👀❤️). Don’t forget to create some tomato leaf artwork with Juana Simona as well 🍅✨ HUGE shoutout to our farm student assistant Mikaela for creating these beautiful flyers!

In preparation for Tomato Fest🍅 and this weekend’s Farmers Market, we’ve been hard at work turning our farm grown cucumbers into delicious homemade pickles 🥒, which will be available for purchase at our Famer’s Market!

Follow along to give it a try for yourself! Happy Pickling!

Farmer’s Market will be open 10am-12pm, Saturday, May 23rd!

Tomato fest will begin later in the evening from 6:30pm - 8:30pm! So be sure to stop by for the taste testing!🍽️

Join us next Saturday, February 14 from 10a to 12p for a morning all about the birds and the bees — the real MVPs of agriculture. We’ll kick-off with beekeeping basics from a beginner beekeeper sharing what it takes to get started then shift into a guided bird walk and conversation on how birds support our farms and gardens. Looking forward to having you visit the Hub!
