Ingredients You’ll Need
Here’s what you’ll need to make a batch of about 10-12 medium-sized sticks:

1 cup unsweetened applesauce (no xylitol or added sugar)
½ cup fresh or dried cranberries (if dried, use unsweetened and soak in warm water)
2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon honey (optional, for added flavor)
1 cup oat flour
1 cup whole wheat flour (or chickpea flour for grain-free version)
¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional, adds great aroma and is safe in small amounts)

Hey friends if you haven’t been to meat and moss yet you have to stop in. Every thing is delicious and it’s all local. The staff is super friendly and the bacon is amazing! They have more than just meat also so if you’re going out shopping for dinner supplies stop here first and maybe this can be your only stop. Keep an eye out for daisy please
If you see her call her momma don’t chase her or open a car door and tell her let’s go for a car ride. She’s very scared.

UPDATE- Daisy is home and she is safe! She was trapped late last night with the stellar help of Canine Crusaders. It is no small challenge to trap a scared pup. CC has helped get so many home. Bravo! Good work team!
