At PetMedic, we are deeply committed to supporting animals, people, and the communities impacted by natural disasters. In light of the devastating wildfires in California, we are proud to announce that we are making generous donations to three incredible organizations working tirelessly to help both animals and humans during this challenging time:

Pasadena Humane
Humane Society Disaster Relief
Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation

These organizations provide critical resources, including rescuing and sheltering animals, supporting families, and equipping first responders as they continue their heroic work.

We’re inspired by the efforts of these groups and grateful to contribute to their missions. Supporting them aligns closely with our own goal of keeping animals healthy and happy while also honoring the brave firefighters and first responders who protect communities in times of crisis.

Thank you to everyone who donated to Hurricane Helene relief. This town is truly amazing for showing up for others in this way and we are so in love with being members of this community.

PetMedic has now decided to shift our focus to helping veterinary hospitals in need in the Tampa Bay area after being destroyed by Hurricane Milton and potentially another hurricane to follow. Unfortunately, this comes at a time traditionally held for the celebration of our fellow veterinary professionals (Vet Tech Appreciation Week). Many of these hospitals are still without power and basic necessities. We hope to lift the spirits of our brothers and sisters in the veterinary field by creating care packages for their doctors and staff. We encourage hospitals in the area to do the same. The better we care for them, the better they can care for the animals in their area.

We are now a donation site for items desperately needed by those suffering the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Edgewater has come together to collect donations to take to NC. You can donate by dropping off goods at any location below, or via the Amazon wishlist.
