Kindness ❤️

A Delta Airlines flight from Detroit to Los Angeles made an unexpected yet heartwarming detour — all to save a sick dog onboard. Midway through the flight, the crew noticed the dog was in distress and called for help. In a fortunate twist, a veterinarian happened to be among the passengers and quickly stepped up.

With the vet’s guidance, the crew made the compassionate call to reroute the flight to Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport so the dog could receive immediate medical attention upon landing.

Though the diversion caused a 2.5-hour delay, passengers overwhelmingly supported the decision. After all, saving a life — even a furry one — is worth the extra time.

Delta’s quick response, the vet’s calm expertise, and the empathy of fellow travelers all came together in a touching moment of humanity at 30,000 feet.

She is working diligently on getting better & can’t wait to be with your pups again! Another heartfelt thank you to Ashley's Snuggle and Shine for getting our clients through this rough patch. A messagege to our clients:
We are sorry to report one of our groomers, Sai, is having medical set backs and will be unable to work for an undetermined amount of time. Initially we were hoping this would pass relatively quickly, & we could slowly start booking appointments for her, but now that is not looking to be the case.
We apologize if it has taken longer than usual to respond, & at this time we have to hold off on filling her schedule. New clients will be placed on a waiting list (if they wish), so we can accommodate our existing clients the best we can.
In the meantime, we are refering only to Ashley's Snuggle and Shine. Ashley Is personally known by us, & it Is important to us that we send your pups to someone we trust.
Please know that we are working hard to come up with it a solution that will enable us to get back to our regular clients, & we appreciate your understanding. ❤️
