Edgerton Veterinary Clinic is a full service small animal clinic in rural Dane County, Wisconsin. But we have not stopped to rest there.

We are currently staffed by four veterinarians dedicated to small animal care and possessing a combined 50 years of experience in veterinary medicine and surgery. The clinic employs 6 certified and licensed veterinary technicians and reception staff. At Edgerton Veterinary Clinic we believe our mission is to provide the highest level of care for your pets that is possible. Our staff invests in thi

s commitment through continuing education and by bringing new procedures and technologies here for our patients. We want to offer as many options as possible when your pet needs help. To fulfill this mission, Edgerton Veterinary Clinic has invested in many emerging technologies such as diagnostic ultrasound, non-invasive blood pressure monitoring, high- speed precision dental equipment, dental radiology, and endoscopy. We have extensive plans for the next year and many exciting things are already happening.

Please spread the word for this lost cat. Smushy was LOST on June 24, 2025 in Cambridge, WI 53523 near near the intersection of B and 73, town of Christiana

Message from Owner: Hey Cambridge area friends, this is my Smushy.🥹 I got him as a kitten on Christmas Eve of 2021 and tested positive for COVID the day after Christmas that year. I stayed in bed with him that whole two weeks, snuggling and playing with him until he’d fall asleep, and he has been with me ever since. He has never once shown any interest in going outside nor has he ever been loose outside, but a couple of days ago he got out, and no one has seen him. This cat means so much to me, and I am holding out hope that he’s hiding away somewhere nearby (we are outside of Rockdale, near the intersection of B and 73)! If you see him around, please let me know. You can message me here or text me. I wouldn’t recommend approaching him as he will most likely run off. His litterbox is outside, so hopefully he will be able to sniff his way ! If anyone has any other suggestions for how to help him find his way, please feel free to message me or comment! ❤️

It's construction season! A heads up to all our friends who head up to Lakeland Veterinary Care, or come visit us from Stoughton, we'll be seeing detours into the summer.

Introducing SYDNEY!

Starting in April, Sydney will be grooming here at our Edgerton location every Friday (more days to come!) and at our Stoughton location Lakeland Veterinary Care on Tuesdays. If your dog or cat needs a new spring style, or just a clean start for the warmer weather, call either clinic to schedule!

Please note that pets do not need to be veterinary clients of the clinic to be groomed at either location, but must be up to date on the required vaccinations (dogs - rabies, distemper, bordetella, cats - rabies) prior to scheduling.

These adorable little fuzzballs are looking for a new home! They were born August 24th and are, for the most part, potty trained and using a litter box. For anyone wishing to adopt them, the current owners would include $50 towards the initial vet visit. They are both really sweet and are played with quite a bit every day.
