Good morning beautiful people, unfortunately the snowstorm, once again, 🙄 has us closed today…… so stay safe and warm. We will reopen with regular hours on Wednesday.

We will be open tomorrow starting at 10:00am, walk in’s are at a minimum, please call for availability 336-344-4989.

For our safety and our clients safety we will be closed today. 😩🐕🐾Unfortunately our parking lot is a skating rink this morning after having it scraped yesterday. Hopefully we will open tomorrow. Stay safe!

New Policy for January:

Ear Plucking will now be an add on service and will be a $8 charge per pet.

If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment and don’t call to make prior arrangements… you will have to reschedule.

New Client’s will now have to make a deposit of $10 per pet to make an appointment (we have had too many no shows). We can send a link through our POS.

Alot of clients are now booking in advance thru the whole year, if you woukd like to go ahead and book out please let us know on your next visit. We will do our best to accommodate all of our clients.

Severly matted and pelted pets will require a preshave, this will be an extra charge of $10. No exceptions.

Walk in services are Wednesday through Saturday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, 50 lbs pet and under only, large and XL breeds need to make appointments…please understand our appointments are first priority so your pet might have to stay a little longer than expected.
