The phone number associated with Buroker Taxidermy since August of 1977, 715-835-0847, will end July 11, 2024. It just wasn’t getting enough use to warrant the expense anymore. My personal cell phone will be the only number to contact me with. That number is 715-530-1878. That’s the number everyone has been using and should continue to use, so if you need to contact me for work or personally, use that number. Thank you so much.

This is a good time of the year for me to sharpen your ice auger blades. Over the next few weeks I have some time available. If you have blades that need sharpening, we can set up a time to get that done. I don’t allow augers in the shop anymore but if you can get the blades off, I can do them. It runs 14-18 dollars per set, and I do it while you wait. I can do most brands but not all, so contact me ahead of time to check, and set up an appointment. Call or text 715-530-1878. Thank you.

Finished up a batch of fish and all my antler mounts. Now I get to relax a bit and do some ice fishing, if the ice hangs in there. I still have some room in this current group of fish coming in. Those are scheduled to be done by Thanksgiving.

Just want to remind everyone, I’m looking for mature whitetail deer capes. If you get a nice big deer you’re not going to shoulder mount, give me a call. 715-530-1878. Good luck to everyone this deer season.

Tis the season. I’m in the market for deer capes. Basic criteria are, 3 1/2 year olds and up, 160 lb. dressed and up. I can return the antlers/skulls after the cape is removed. Price depends on size and condition. Thank you.
