I live on 5 acres of fully fenced property but also have a smaller fenced in area for smaller dogs if that's what you prefer. the majority of out guests do not use a crate or kennel. If your dog is accustomed to using a crate or kennel, we do have them available. WHAT IF I HAVE A SHY OR NERVOUS DOG? while i do require that all doggy guests be well socialized with other dogs and people, i take such

a small number of canine guests that shy or nervous dogs do quite well in our environment. there can be an adjustment period but the first few stays in a new environment can have a huge and positive effect, to help ease the transition, all dogs are individually introduced to each other. this process allows the dogs to become comfortable at their own pace, in a non-threatening manner. i will not put your canine in a situation they are not comfortable in. activities and daily schedule if individualized to each dog and what they like. we spend time playing and exploring the 5 acres of fully fenced property. we enjoy socializing, playing fetch and with toys, sun bathing, constructive chewing and going for walks. on a cold or wet day we snuggle up by the cozy fireplace and a good movie. WHERE DO GUESTS SLEEP? all guests sleep in our house as they could typically sleep in their own home. they can bring their own bed or we can provide one for them, blankets as well. WHY DO I NEED TO MAKE APT. FOR MEET & GREET/ PICK-UPS? This is not a facility, it is my home and because I offer Kennel free care, for security reason and the safety of our guests, unannounced visitors are not allowed. my front gate remains closed unless there s an appointment
