🐾 Heads Up from Your Grooming Crew! 🐾
We love you. We love your dogs. We love making them look fabulous. 💛 But to keep tails wagging and everyone safe, here’s the scoop:
✨ Book Ahead – We’re booking about 9 weeks out, so grab 2 appointments at a time if you can. Future you will be proud. 😉 If you need to move an appointment, we may not be able to get you back in until your next scheduled one.
✨ No-Shows / Last-Minute Cancels – Listen… we adore you, but if you ghost us or cancel last-minute, it’s a $25, per pet, fee before rebooking. Why? Because that spot could have gone to another pup who really needed it, and now everyone’s sad — us, them, and probably your dog too. Don’t be that person. ❤️🐾
✨ New Clients – We’re full right now, except for gift certificate winners (you lucky ducks 🐥).
✨ Pick-Up Rules – PLEASE wait for our call or text before coming. Early arrivals make pups excited on the table — and wiggly pups + sharp tools = not safe.
✨ Lobby Line – Nobody past the lobby unless our team invites you back. This keeps things calm, safe, and liability-free.
✨ We’re Human – We’re working our tails off (pun intended) to give every dog the best. A little patience goes a long way.
✨ As always nails trims are still $5 and still on a walk in bases. Please text us before your visit to ensure we can provide the correct space and are in the salon so we aren't the ones ghosting you.
