Four years ago I was at an open show and I saw a young girl out in the arena standing over a little Palomino mare who was lying down. Concerned I walked over and asked her if her horse was OK? She says “she’s fine. I taught her to lay down!” I was impressed!
That show we watched her all day and she impressively won all of her classes.
Later that summer I tracked her down and she agreed to come to work for me.
The past four years she has won countless year end awards, and numerous Circuit Championships. She qualified her horse and mine for the VRH World Championships and twice attended the AQHA World Show.
Today was Josie’s last day to work for us. I am beyond grateful for the accomplishments and care she has given my horses while I was away. Tomorrow she will start her new job with my friend Jimmy Daurio.
I wish her the very best always!❤️
