Well, it's that time of year again, flying off to Alaska for the Iditarod. I will be totally out of reach until the end of March. Pictures will be posted after the race is over and all mushers are in.

The VMX conference was once again marvelous. I took classes on acupuncture, nutrition, allergies, socialization, lameness, etc etc. The vendor area had hundreds of vendors also teaching and advertising their products. And, of course, a side trip to a capybara cafe.

I am currently at a conference in beautiful sunny Florida (as shown in this picture) and cannot answer my phone. I am trying to get to any messages left. Meanwhile I'm not setting appointments until the week of January 26.

To my clients: my phone got squished and I can't get any phone calls. And now my computer has also locked up and I can't open any of my client files. Trying to get it fixed...

So I got blessed with this handful of joy. I found homes for two of them but the two tan ones are still available. They are seniors, have bad teeth, no vaccine or heartworm history. But they are all sweet, quiet, loving. They need end of days care. Which could be years, could be less. In case no one has noticed, I do not respond on social media, strictly by phone calls. If seriously interested, give me a call.

It's astounding the way rumors grow and spread. As I said, I sprained my ankle, no it's not broken. I took a couple days, that happened to be a weekend, of foot up answering phone calls. I've been back to work and when I have my boots on I don't even limp. It's a little more precarious without the boot support, but I'm working. Thanks for all the good wishes!

Sorry to all my people here. I've slowed down a little bit this week, I sprained my ankle on a house call, but I'm starting to be able to walk ok. I haven't said anything, and I'm answering the phone, but now you're updated.
