Happy Thursday! I wanted to take a moment and update my clients on a few things.

I have seen posts and heard from a few people that my clients are not satisfied with my response time, and I fully acknowledge that I have been struggling for quite a while. My personal life has been a rollercoaster lately and it has changed quite drastically. I wont go into details of course but im really hoping things will be calming down.

If you have been unable to reach me for some time, have been rescheduled multiple times, or something else has happened, I sincerely apologize. I wish I could say my personal life doesnt have an impact on my business life but it does. All I can say is I am doing my best and I hope you'll give me another chance.

Until im more settled, I will no longer be taking on new clients. However, Cathy Anderson is accepting new ones! She owns Whimsical Willow Groomery (located in the same building as me) and can be reached at 517-386-0565.

Good afternoon! It occurred to me that I forgot to make a post updating everyone, I apologize!

I had surgery on the 17th, fixing something that has been causing me so much pain for a long time. I am planning to be working again on the 1st or 2nd but I won't know until I get there.

I have weight restrictions up to 20lbs for the next 4 weeks. That being said, I do have help with lifting, bathing, and holding dogs so im still able to accept select large dog clients during this time. If im unable to provide services for you, Cathy is more than happy to help out where needed 💛

Thank you all for your continued love, patience, support, and well wishes. This community truly is the best and I am so grateful to provide services to you all.

Hello and happy Thursday!

I wanted to make a quick update on our pricing. As everyone knows, the price of everything has gone up. Our products, equipment, and just general cost of business has increased and because of that I am doing a price increase. This necessary so that we can continue providing the quality service you guys have come to expect from us. As you know, we use high end products and spend time one on one with your pet to create the best possible experience for everyone ❤️

Please keep in mind this is only the second increase i have made in the almost 3 years we have been open. I have held off on making this adjustment for as long as possible.

I have the updated pricing on our website. Appointments after Monday, 3/17 will be subject to the new pricing.

I appreciate everyone's continued support of our shop! If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.

I wanted to make a post for my clients and friends to clear some things up.

I suffer from anxiety, depression, and other mental and physical health issues. I try my hardest not to allow this to affect my work and business but unfortunately I haven't been successful lately. Business has been really good and busy and I am so grateful! It does get overwhelming at times as it is just Cathy and I at the shop.

It is by no means am excuse for my lack of response to messages or calls but I hope it explains a little bit. For those of you who have been patient and loyal, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am trying my hardest and will continue to do so.
