A huge congratulations to Jessica Priola, who recently was awarded a NEDA scholarship.
Jess is a busy AA rider, she works a full time job, and has a family with two busy athletic teens. Balancing and financing family life and equestrian life is a challenge many can relate to, and Jess often sacrifices her own goals in order to put her family first.
This generous scholarship will allow her to increase her personal training time with her wonderful gelding, Sammartini, as she works towards some big riding goals!
In addition to her busy life schedule you can find Jess working behind the scenes of the dressage world- she enjoys volunteering whenever and however she can for NEDA, and looks forward to continuing her dressage development thanks to their generosity!
Here at WEC we are thrilled to be able to support Jess on this journey and send a huge thank you to NEDA and the scholarship committee.

In her FIRST ever year in the show arena Lydia Andrews and her horse Fantomas made quite the impression! Tom came to us a year ago and we had no expectations this season other than to get to know him and explore what he needed to become a happy partner- needless to say, we are delighted with this debut season! And while this was Lydia’s first show season- she has ridden with me since she was SIX years old! I’m thrilled to see her take the competitive world by storm!

Year end award season is here!!
A big congratulations to Aria Priola and her wonderful horse Sammartini for a very successful 2025 season.
Aria made her debut at 2nd level and rose to the challenge scoring into the 70’s at several competitions.
Aria also had her first horse show volunteering experience, spending the weekend contributing to the NEDA spring show.
She is now working hard in her senior year of High School, as a member of the NHS and getting ready to spread her wings both academically and in the show ring in 2026 πŸ‘‘

πŸ† Aria and Sam are the CHAMPIONS at 2nd level in the JR division for NEDA

More amazing results from US dressage Finals!
Lydia Andrews has ridden with me since she was SIX years old, and is now a 21 year old in her very first year of competition.
She finished an amazing 4th place in a very large, and very competitive Training Level Championship class alongside some other amazing horse and rider teams.
She also placed 1st and 3rd in two open First level classes!
She and Tom just began their partnership one year ago, and what a year it has been!
To top off an already incredible event- they also were awarded the Champion ribbon for highest scoring AA on a Hanoverian. AMAZING!!!
