We’ve been enjoying quieter days here lately as December is typically our slowest month. Our own dogs are happy to play with each other in the absence of other playmates.

We’ve heard from a number of clients regarding the canine respiratory illness that has been in the news lately. We have had no reports of dogs that have been in our care with any type of illness. As always, we will be careful with the health of the dogs here, continue to keep things sanitized and clean, and require dogs be up to date on vaccinations before coming.

We’re still here!!!
While things are calmer than summer, we still have a steady stream of dogs coming/going. Call me crazy but I love this time of year, including the darker evenings (don’t hate me 🫣). I love that life is a little slower and a little calmer and we can find more time to just enjoy each other here at home. Of course, we’re enjoying our furry friends too!

We set a new record of 17 dogs on Wednesday this past week. From the Big Guy to some tiny ones and all sizes in between, it was a fun day.
