Although companies like Wag seem simple and convenient, they take too many short-cuts that put owners, dogs, and their own employees at risk. A person who has never walked your dog should not have access to your house! You cannot leave your dog with a stranger. This style of business works with Uber, not pets. Having an in-person meet and greet is so essential because it allows you and your dog to actually meet the individual first!
A Manhattan couple said that their beloved dog was stolen -- and they're blaming the dog-walking app Wag.
