A lot of people ask if I will Board and Train. I always answer with an emphatic NO. Here's why:
How are you going to bond with your dog and learn how to communicate if i have your dog?

Do you really want to give over your puppy for 2-4 weeks?

Dog's really need to learn in the environment that they will be living in.

Lastly my in home training is a fraction of the cost and you are left with a host of knowledge

I am definitely not a service dog trainer but I have certainly used my experience as a trainer to teach my dog several tasks. Here she is using her sense of smell to locate and bring me my phone so I can call 911

We were lucky enough to find the Gelato series from South County at a local distributor. We shared a flight to taste them all. Cali really wanted to be a part of it so we shared some chicken broth.

It is important to keep your dogs mentally stimulated on a hot day. Here are 2 puzzle type toys these 2 love. As they manipulate the toy their food falls out.

Easy healthy dog treats.
Take ground turkey and roll it out thin on parchment paper. Score it with a pizza cutter so you have small treats. Bake in the oven on your lowest temperature until all moisture is removed.

I always say, "The hardest part of training a dog is bringing an untrained dog out in public."
Cali reminded us of this today. She barked anytime someone moved. It's embarrassing, but in the long run it will be worth having a dog that is well behaved in public.

I am always looking for limited ingredient treats for mine and my clients' dogs. Frequently I just make my own by dehydrating chicken or turkey. I found these today at Sam's club. The only ingredient is chicken. It was $18.98 for 3lbs. They are tough to tear so they need to be cut with a scissor before training. All 3 dogs approve!!

Can't wait for warmer weather to bring the pups here. This is the first local place I have ever seen that offers a dog menu. The human food was delicious too.
