Bowie is a 6-month-old mixed breed, possibly some husky in there. He’s smart, playful, crate trained, and doing great with potty training.
He loves other dogs, although he definitely comes in a little hot when he meets them 😂. He’s good on a leash and loves getting out and about.

Who needs a goofy sweet princess to call their own!? Meet Belle! A 4 month bundle full of puppy kisses and pizazz! Belle has watched 3 of her sisters find their forever home and is wondering when it’ll be her turn! She’ll turn into an excellent medium sized mixed breed dog, probably weighing in at about 40 pounds full grown. She loves other dogs, cuddles in bed with her foster’s children (age 3-7), and does just fine with cats as well! Her antics will have you laughing while falling in love! She’s currently working on all her basic puppy manners like recall, potty training, leash work, and crate training and is starting to learn routine and structure well! She’s up to date on shots, spayed and chipped and is ready for a family to say “She’s the one!!” Could it be you? Meet Storm! She is a German shepherd estimated to be about 10 years old and she is ready to find her forever family.

Storm was found underweight, missing half her fur, and with her canines and incisors broken off. After some much needed tlc she is a happy healthy girl.

Storm is a typical German shepherd who is obsessed with her people. All she wants in life is to be near you. If you don't want a dog following you to the bathroom she's probably not your girl.

Despite her older age, Storm is still active. She walks daily with her foster mom anywhere from 1.5 to 4 miles. She would love someone who will continue to take her for daily walks or even hikes!

Storm gets along well with other dogs. She isn't much of a player but coexists nicely both with the other dogs in her foster home and the dogs she has met out and about. She does seem a bit more on the submissive side. At this point in time she is looking for a home without cats.

Storm has done well with all the people she has met. Due to her size we recommend children be 5 and up. She's improved significantly on jumping but she still might be a bit much for a young child.

Storm is crate and potty trained though she would likely be fine left out when alone at home as well.

During her spay Storm did have a mammary mass removed that was cancerous (stage 1). It had not spread to surrounding areas. Whoever adopts her should check regularly to make sure no new masses appear. At this point in time her broken teeth do not bother her however there is a chance she may need some extractions in the future.

Storm is such a good girl and though she came to us in rough condition she only has good things to look forward to from here on out. Please fill out an application if you are interested in adopting her!

CAR SHOW FANS!!!!!!!

Join us August 29! We are going to be hanging out with Foster Pet Outreach at a car show hosted by the local Viper car club! All of the dogs posted our dogs that will directly benefit from this fundraiser! Rob, one of our volunteers that does transport, came to us a couple of months ago with this great idea and we are so excited that we get to be a part of it. We’re looking forward to a day of fun and really awesome cars! We hope to see you there!

This boy shows up! Maverick makes almost every adoption event and is dedicated to his humans like none other! He’s also one of our most trained pups. Maverick walks well on a leash because he’s been through formal training and knows what good manners look like. At four years old, he is housebroken and he is crate trained as well. This dog loves water and he absolutely loves his baby pool. He’s kind of a total ham with his people! Maverick is right with older kids, and by older kids were thinking maybe seven and up because he loves to play. Given time, he also can adjust to a home with a dog Sadie cat. He would just need an experienced handler to introduce him. Maverick is a nice boy looking for a great forever home and his adoption fee has been sponsored. Boxer peeps: we have a cutie for you!!!!

Meet Link! This 6 month old cutie was found in Tazewell County as a stray. After his stray hold was up, he need a place to go so he joined the pack. This guy has the boxer hop down! He is fun and playful! Link is dog and child friendly as well. As a pup, we are working on manners, but he is housebroken and crate trained.
