🐾 Meet Cascia (Kay-sha)! 🐾

Four months of pure solid-black fluff and nonstop mischief has arrived and looking for her forever family!

Cascia is a super sweet, playful little shadow who lives for zoomies, toy ambushes, and those classic Halloween crabby-stance kitten moves (you know the one—arched back, sideways shuffle, maximum drama). She’s all about the shenanigans and would love nothing more than a sibling to match her energy and join in the chaos.

This tiny, sweet black-cat cutie is ready to fill a home with purrs, play, and a whole lot of heart.

Friends… please take the time to read this.

If you have interacted with Almost Home Haven for Animals, Inc. in the past few years, then you know of Laura Wesner.

She is an integral part of our rescue and has had a hand in saving 100s of kitties and even a few dogs and squirrels.

What you haven’t seen is Laura’s husband, Michael, who is the other half of that team in helping animals.

Michael goes above and beyond in saving animals; transporting, vet visits, dropping everything to save an animal in danger, scooping litter boxes, even cooking organic chicken treats!

Now Michael needs our help.

He’s received the devastating diagnosis of metastatic cancer that is not curable.

His wish is to visit NYC one last time.

She has been temporarily taken in by a caring individual, so she did not become homeless or headed to a shelter, but it's time for Georgie to find her permanent haven.

Due to current circumstances, she's being cared for in a bedroom, making your home the perfect place for her to shine.

Georgie would do best in a home with no small children or other pets, where she can be the center of attention.

We know it's a special ask, but Georgie's worth it!

She's up-to-date on vaccines, spayed, and ready to melt hearts.

All she craves is a lap to snuggle into and shower with affection.
