Let me be clear with yall. Since this move I’ve had some wild experiences with my clients. I’m not sure if it’s because of the prices, or the location? But for anyone who would assume I would hurt there dog or cat? That’s where you cross the line! If you wanna say I’m a bad groomer, yes it hurts but I learn from it I take extra classes, I will watch videos till my eye balls fall out, stay up till 5am on chat gpt to find answers on how to be BETTER! But saying I abused your baby? No im sorry I won’t tolerate that. I have spent 7 years in this field. Countless days and nights doing anything buying things researching things to be the best I can be. Also knowing there is always room for improvement! I treat peoples pets like as if they were my own. As some of you know I have 2 dogs and 2 cats I had 2 cats in the past, 1 cat lives with my sister, and I also use to have a lab. And forget the countless other small animals I’ve had. The only thing I wanted to do in this life was to help animals because they can’t do it themselves or maybe They may be mistreated by there own owners. When vets say “oh yeah the groomer definitely hurt your pet I can tell” I’m almost positive 90% of the time there wrong and will blame us groomers because they have no other explanation on how your Babies got hurt but if they don’t have an answer people will get annoyed with their vet looking for answers. Vets need to stop blaming groomers for things that didn’t happen under our care! With that being said I just wanted to say I can promise you from the bottom of my heart I will love your pet and care for your pet like as if it was my own and promise to do better than I ever have just to make sure nothing like this will happen again, beacuse the accusations that were said to me really broke my heart hearing that someone would actually think I would hurt there pet🥺💔❤️‍🩹
