Just a quick reminder! We ask for 2-3 hours for grooming for most dogs, and we call everyone 20-30 minutes before your pet is finished. We ask that a pick up time is scheduled for within one hour of their completion. That means we are giving an hour and 20 minutes from our phone call.

Lately we have had dogs being left at our salon for anywhere from 4-6 hours at a time. As our reminder text says, if this is necessary I need to be informed at least by the day before. We work by appointment only and we close up when the last dog is done. If I can’t stay to wait for someone then I have to pay one of the girls to stay. I have been too lenient on charging for dogs left at the salon but I will have to be more strict on this as I nearly missed an appointment I had for myself the other day due to a late pick up.

As our release form states, dogs left longer than one hour last their finish time will be charged $15 per hour, charged at the beginning of the hour. Thank you for your understanding.

Everyone remember this familiar face? I travelled 4000 miles from home to run into our former receptionist Hope, who lives here in Germany! It was great to see her and reconnect over lunch! She says to tell everyone hello!!
