Tail To Paw Animal Support works to ensure that no owner has to abandon their companion animal on the streets or at a shelter due to their poverty level or housing status. Tail To Paw provides assistance with food, supplies and basic medical visits and vaccinations. We offer support through education, resources, referrals and case management so that no animal is left behind and no human is left alone.

From January 1st to May 19th, 2026, Tail to Paw Animal Support has:

🐾 Assisted 34 households
🐾 Helped 43 animals with food and basic medical care
🐾 Supported 24 cats and 19 dogs

And the calls and emails keep coming every single day.

This is the reality of the need in our community — and why our mission matters so much.

We do everything we can with the resources we have to make sure no animal and no human is left alone. But we can’t do it without awareness, community, and people who care.

At this time, applications are currently on hold.

We know how important our assistance is to many pet families, and this decision was not made lightly. Due to current funding limitations, we are temporarily pausing new applications while we work hard behind the scenes to secure the resources needed to continue helping our community.
