Dr. Schoen was raised in Staten Island, NY. He maj

ored in Animal Sciences at Cornell University and then attended the University of Glasgow’s School of Veterinary Medicine in Scotland where he graduated in 2007. Dr. Schoen furthered his training with a general internship in medicine and surgery at Oradell Animal Hospital in New Jersey, followed by a specialized surgical internship at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists. He then worked as a general practitioner in Rhode Island before leaving to start Hill & Harbour Veterinary Center. In 2011, Dr. Schoen became part of a handful of veterinarians in the world to be certified to use stem cells in the clinical setting. Dr. Schoen currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Rhode Island Veterinary Medical Association, and in 2012 as well as in 2013, was voted onto Rhode Island Monthly’s list of top vets. While Dr. Schoen enjoys all aspects of general practice, his main interest is in orthopedic and soft-tissue surgery. While not working, Dr. Schoen enjoys hiking, biking, sailing, and spending time with his wife, Adriane, and three sons, Benjamin, Jonathan, and Andrew. Andrea Packard, DVM
Associate Veterinarian, Fear Free Certified, “Cat Advocate”

Dr. Packard received her undergraduate degree in Animal Science from the University of Rhode Island. She then graduated with her doctorate from the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University. While studying at Tufts, Dr. Packard devoted summers to working in the Oncology and Neurology departments of the Foster Hospital for Small Animals. Since graduation, Dr. Packard has worked in private practice in Rhode Island. She has continued to develop her professional skills by completing additional training in abdominal ultrasonography. Since working at Hill & Harbour Veterinary Center, Dr. Packard has spearheaded the practice’s initiative to be formally certified as a Cat Friendly Practice TM. She is one of our “Cat Advocates” and is well-versed in calm handling techniques for our feline patients. Dr. Packard currently resides in East Greenwich with her husband William as well as their cats Wendall, Maizey, and Kitten and their ill-behaved canine Butters. Seth Snow, DVM
Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Snow was born, and has lived most of his life, in Rhode Island. He received his undergraduate degree in animal science from the University of Rhode Island. He graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, and completed his clinical year at Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. Since graduating, Dr. Snow has been working in private practice and the non-profit sector, working with both companion animals and wildlife species. He has a special interest in pet nutrition, and enjoys working with exotic species. Dr. Snow lives in Providence with his dogs Maddie and Remy, and his cats Luna and Winnie. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, skiing and scuba diving.

Gather your humans, grab your leashes, and get ready to lead the pack! The Dogs on Main Stroll Parade kicks off at 6:00 PM, starting toward EG Town Hall, trotting proudly down Main Street, and wrapping up at Town Hall.
🐕 Parade Participants – rally your humans at:
📍 500 Main Street, East Greenwich
🎉 (Back To Basics parking lot)
Make sure you arrive no later than 5:30 PM—your humans may need a little extra time to keep up with your excitement! 🐶✨
