At Crossfield, we believe every puppy has a purpose — and some are called to an especially meaningful one.

Our partnership with Tails of Valor has been one of the greatest honors of our 10 years. If there’s a Doodle at Tails, chances are, it began its journey right here at Crossfield. Over the last decade, we’ve donated more than 20 puppies to their Journey with a Purpose program. These dogs are not only companions — they are lifelines for veterans.

Our very first connection began with Scotty, a Doodle we donated in honor of a veteran who was also one of our clients. It was a sincere privilege to play a small role in remembering a beloved son, brother, husband, and friend. What began as a tribute grew into a partnership — and now, a legacy.

We’re deeply grateful to call Heather, the founder and director of Tails of Valor, a close friend and mentor. Together, we’ve worked to ensure each puppy entering their program has the temperament and socialization needed to succeed. We are proud that Crossfield puppies not only meet the high standards required, but that they help Tails of Valor stretch every donated dollar to its fullest potential.

The result? A remarkable high pass rate — meaning more of our puppies find their way into the sweet hands of thankful veterans who need them most.
