IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:
There is a new, contagious respiratory illness showing in dogs nationwide. As of now, there is very little known about its cause (viral or bacterial), how it is transmitted or how to treat it. Some pets may show little to no symptoms and some may develop a dangerous case of pneumonia.
It has not yet become much of an issue in this area but it could at any time. So we are asking for your help. We are asking that if your pet is showing ANY signs of illness you reschedule your appointment. You will not be charged any last minute cancelation fee if you are doing so for this reason, as long as you communicate with us. We understand that rescheduling can be difficult or inconvenient especially during the holidays but the health of all the pets we service is far more important than a haircut or bath. We are careful to not allow dog to dog contact and use the best disinfectants we can get between pets. If we all do our part, we can ensure that all of our 4 legged friends can have a safe, healthy holiday season.
Than you in advance for your cooperation.
