5 Years of Growing 🌱

What started as a couple of shelves—just to see if this could be something—slowly became 20 trays a week… then 50… then 100… then 250. We expanded our vertical setup, learned (and re-learned) everything about efficiency, resilience, and sustainability, and kept showing up day after day.

We’re still small-scale, but the growth has been exponential. Organic. Steady. A marathon, not a race. Operating at a micro level keeps our quality high and your orders consistent—and that’s what matters most to us.

We started this farm as a family of three, then welcomed our wild second born into the mix. The following year brought a cancer scare that forced us to reassess everything… and still, we kept growing anyway.

There have been laughs, tears, burnout, losses, wins, and some of the best connections we could’ve imagined. It’s all been worth it. To meet you. To grow for you. To show our boys what hard work, perseverance, and true nourishment look like.

To our incredible chefs, customers, managers, fellow farmers, and small business owners—thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.

Five years of growing… and, God willing, many more ahead. 💚

I loved chatting all things wellness and connecting with so many incredible medical providers.
