Congratulations to Cassidy and Unbreakable Promise du Chocorua (Archer) on their Brevet! I have heard very positive comments on Archer from the decoys that work him and he has come along so nicely. Good work to both of you! It takes a great deal of dedication to get this level of control and achievement.

A little back story on Archer and his AKC name Unbreakable Promise. His original owner washed Archer from protection sport at about 9 months old, and then sold him to Cassidy who was told (by the original owner) that he was only suited for hiking/skijor. This good boy has proved himself capable of protection sports and then some, which just goes to show, as always, let a dog mature, trust your evaluation of a dog, and find a decoy who works each dog as an individual. I am so glad Cassidy had the perseverance, skill, and access to good helper work to bring out the Promise that Archer showed me as a puppy. Archer has very nice grips, drives, and power and is impressing everyone who sees him. Nice work Cassidy!

I was up early this morning to get the Obedience phase score in FMBB for Alligator Clever Fox and was so impressed. A 97! Almost impossible score to get at a World Event, this means a couple tiny point deductions for something very minor! You have to be almost perfect to achieve this score.

Alligator is now 98-97-90. 285 total points. In second place at FMBB. This is such an impressive result and speaks both to Tomas' training and Alligator's character and drive.

I am so proud of this team, and thrilled to have a litter out of such a stable, accomplished dog like Alligator! When I was selecting a stud for my last litter, Alligator stood out to me for a few reasons. His pedigree, videos of his work, his tracking, his hard gripping, and his beautiful athetic build.

Now, off to work with his daughter! We will make Papa proud. Here is Calligator (Sweet Caroline du Chocorua).
