Those of you that have been with us for a while probably remember my mom and her unending love for the collies. ♥️ I likely inherited my love and appreciation for animals from her so we can all be thankful to her for that. 😊 At one point when Beacon Hill was a sanctuary for all, we had horses, ponies, miniature horses, fainting goats, alpacas and chickens all here with the collies, mom recalled "You know when you were a kid, remember I used to tell you that when you get older and have your own place, you can have all the animals you want? Well you did just that!" We laughed, I can still hear these words coming from her mouth and it brings a smile to my face. I hope all Mom's truly understand the importance of the legacy that they leave behind when they go. A priceless gift that shapes the world! My Mom's legacy continues long after she's gone to be with Jesus, and I am so thankful to be part of that! Happy Mother's Day to all Mom's past, present and future. You hold the keys to the future!

Can't do another rainy day stuck in the house now that they are used to getting time outside everyday. Last Wednesday when it rained all day we just kept them in, they were miserable, we were miserable and everything was a mess! So one extra large umbrella and a slightly smaller outside pen and everyone is happy. 😊❤️

The big ones are pretty tired too! 😂🤣❤️❤️❤️

Yesterday it rained all day long! Inside puppy prison is really just too small for 11 active puppies!!! They were bored and made a mess of themselves. Couldn't really blame them. Today was nice and I was able to get back home pretty early in the afternoon. They had an extra long day outside with me. I just love to see them with their round little bellies full and completely tired out from a big day. I can't believe they will be 7 weeks old on Saturday!!! ❤️❤️❤️

And this is how I am able to let them go to their new homes. They are so craving that human bond. They are collies, they require it!!! No matter how much I want to, I simply can not give them each as much love as they deserve at this age when I'm divided by 11. Their new families will make them the center of their attention which is what they deserve. Bittersweet but true love is always selfless. ❤️🙏❤️

Sunday morning collie antics while I sit and enjoy the best coffee in the Northeast right from my own kitchen. Puppies are fed, plants are starting to grow, birds are singing, family still peacefully sleeping inside. The world is a huge beautiful place yet I am so thankful for this tiny little spot that I can call my own. ❤️🙏❤️

The grown ups still appreciate some love and attention during puppy time. ❤️ Nice walk on our mountain at sunset with Elsa, Toby, Theo, Grace, our favorite little boy Levi, and my niece and nephew. God's paintbrush before me, surrounded by his grace and love, the blessing of some great people, and Collies to surround and fill my heart. 11 happy healthy pups that will soon go on to bless 11 more families... What more could one ask for?
