The kids built the snowman… and Goose immediately clocked in as quality control 😂🐾
A little sniff here, a little “taste test” there… and suddenly our snowman is looking a little nervous 😅

Hi frens, Goose here 🐶❄️
Just popping in to remind you hoomans that ice & snow can be ruff on us pets, even if we look tough.

A few things I need you to remember while it’s cold and slick out there:

🧊 Ice hurts paws — salt, chemicals, and frozen ground can crack and burn them. Wipe our feet when we come inside (yes, even if we sigh dramatically).
❄️ Short trips outside only — quick potty breaks > long adventures in this weather.
🦴 Keep us cozy — extra blankets, warm beds, and no being left outside unattended.
🐾 Watch for slips — we fall too, and it’s not funny (okay, maybe once… but still).
🚗 Cars = warm hiding spots — always knock on the hood before starting your car.

And if you’re traveling or stuck inside while the weather does its thing, my humans at Pet Sits by Goose, LLC have your back. We’ll make sure your pets stay safe, warm, and loved until the thaw.

✨ Pet Sitting Spotlight: Nitro & His Brother! ✨

This week I have the joy of caring for Nitro and his brother — two beautiful boys with tons of personality. 🐴💛

Nitro is the curious one, always the first to meet me at the gate and check my pockets for treats. His brother might only have one eye, but he doesn’t let that slow him down one bit. He’s alert, affectionate, and always ready for attention and a good brush-down. Together they make the sweetest pair.

From fresh hay and water, to turnout time, grooming, and plenty of love, these two kept me smiling the whole visit. There’s something truly special about spending time with horses — their presence is grounding and full of gentle energy.

I’m grateful their family trusted me with their boys 🐴💛🐴

🐾 Pet Sitting Spotlight: Joy & Her Two Kitties 🐾

I’ve had the pleasure of spending time with Joy this week — and her name fits her perfectly! She is truly a joy in every way. 💛

Every visit starts with her happy bounce and nonstop tail wag, ready to greet me at the door like I’m her favorite person in the world. She loves being outside, exploring the yard, and taking in all the smells while she runs around with that big doggie smile.

Her two kitty siblings are just as sweet in their own way, keeping things calm and cozy inside while Joy burns off all her happy energy. Together, they make the cutest little trio.

Absolutely loving this crew! 🐶🐱🐱✨

🐾 Goose: The Bestest Boy and a True Hero 🩸❤️

We already knew Goose was the bestest boy, but last night he went above and beyond — donating blood in an emergency to help save the sweetest patient in need. 🐶

Most people don’t realize that dogs can be blood donors too, just like humans! Here are a few amazing facts:
🐕 Dogs have two blood types. DEA positive and DEA negative. DEA negative (Goose’s blood type) is considered the dog “universal blood type”.
🩸 Just one blood donation can help save up to three other dogs’ lives.
🏥 Healthy, calm, friendly dogs over 50 lbs can often qualify to be donors.
💉 Donating is safe, quick, and done under veterinary supervision — and the best part? The dogs often get treats and snuggles afterward!

We’re so proud of Goose for being calm, brave, and selfless during such an important moment. He truly lived up to his “goodest boy” title and made a real difference for another furry friend in need. 🐾💪
