Remembering Ruby Rabbit Rescue

Remembering Ruby Rabbit Rescue Remembering Ruby Rabbit Rescue is a 501(c)(3) rescue. All our Bunnys are spayed and nuetered Rabbits are purchased as "Easter bunnies" or on a whim.

Rabbits are one of the most misunderstood and neglected animals in the world. Many people get one without learning what they need, how long they will live, and what to expect. Many of these rabbits end up being dumped at a shelter, or worse. Remembering Ruby Rabbit Rescue takes in rabbits in need, cares for them, and finds them the loving forever homes they deserve. All our bunnys are in foster homes until they are adopted

Here is an update regarding our baby bunnies: their mother was found at the Boise Inn, and they are all doing well.

Stella's a spunky girl with a dubious past. 🐰😎 She was picked up and brought to the rescue by the police! 🚨 Her crime? Who can say. But at the rescue, the only thing she's been guilty of is too much cuteness. ❀️

The rabbits in Boise is a big problem, they have been roaming free for years and now with all the construction they have moved to downtown Boise.1female rabbit can have babies every 30 days and those babies can start having babies at 5 months please spay and neuter your rabbits

The Idaho Humane Society will no longer take in feral domestic rabbits, leaving small rescues across the Treasure Valley struggling to keep up as Boise’s rabbit population continues to grow.

The shelter reported a 68% increase in rabbit intake compared to this time last year, saying they no longer have the capacity to humanely house or rehome so many animals.

In response, local rescues are exploring alternative solutions to manage the growing population, including partnerships with community members willing to safely foster rabbits.
