Thank you so much to Tish Fappani and the entire Spooks N Jewels team for this very special filly out of our mare, Time To Reload. We had the great pleasure of spending a day at the Fappani Ranch watching Journey, and he truly is an incredible-minded horse with such presence, talent, and disposition.
After seeing him in person, we could not be more excited about his foals and what the future holds for this filly. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have this special baby at Splitwater Ranch and cannot wait to watch her grow. ✨🐴

Established, high-performance reining horse program in Colorado is seeking a skilled and organized Breeding & Barn Manager to oversee daily equine operations and breeding program management. Our focus is to produce approximately 25 top level futurity focused foals a year from proven mares out of the leading NRHA sires. The most elite will be trained and retained with the commitment to placing them with the industry’s elite riders and all others will be sold at different

This is a hands-on leadership role within a professional, detail-oriented environment focused on top-level horse care and performance. Located in Eagle County, Colorado in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily barn operations and staff coordination
• Manage breeding program (mare care, foaling, scheduling, vet coordination)
• Maintain feeding, health, and conditioning programs
• Ensure barn organization, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Inventory management (feed, supplies, medications)
• Communicate effectively with owners, veterinarians, and team members

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership ability
• Strong experience with breeding/foaling 3+ years
• Background in reining or performance horse programs a plus
• Long-term career minded
• Detail-oriented, reliable, positive and proactive
