We are beyond grateful to get to celebrate Carol being with us for 5 years! If you’ve ever worked with Carol, you know that she’s always on top of things. Looking for knowledge on items? Carol has extensive knowledge of products and is often asked for help by many customers. She heads up our team in Eagle and keeps all the gears moving and running smoothly.

We can’t imagine anyone more dependable than Carol. When she says she’ll do something, you can count on it. Carol, thank you for everything you do! Our Eagle location simply wouldn’t be the same without you. She’s the reason our shelves are always stocked, and if you’ve visited in the winter, you know the path is always clear—thanks to Carol! We appreciate your dedication and hard work each and every day. We’re so lucky to have you on our team, and we’re grateful for all you bring to Northwest Pets! 💛

Celebrating the people who make us who we are is one of our very favorite things to do.

Today, we are honored to celebrate Cody! Cody, we can’t believe it’s been 15 years. We couldn’t have made it this far without you. While words will never express the gratitude we have for all you’ve done, we want to say thank you for generally managing and taking on the many hats of leadership. You hold our team together, encourage those around you, and somehow never seem to get ruffled. Northwest Pets’ heart and soul flourish because of you.

From the very beginning, Cody brought new ideas and innovation to our team, and MANY of the Northwest Pets quality traits you enjoy are thanks to him. He never stops improving our ideas and our teams, and shaping the way Northwest Pets walks.

Cody wears many hats. You may find him entering invoices from behind a computer, in an in-depth consultation with a customer, joking with staff on the floor, cleaning a dog wash, transferring food in our van, working a Woof Waggin event, climbing ladders for hours to replace a million light bulbs, flying to trade shows to find cool new items, hosting trainings so our team can get educated, dancing down the food aisle to his favorite songs, walking Juneau, power washing the sidewalk, fixing the sink, moving massive amounts of food for sales, decorating for events, meeting with vendors, building relationships, delivering a cat tree because someone lives alone and can’t lift it, cooking sloppy joes in the break room, making fresh woofles as our head chef, fixing register errors, building displays, training staff, and SO much more. If you’ve been around Cody, then you’ve likely found yourself laughing and enjoying a great conversation that you didn’t know you needed, and realizing just how awesome this guy is. That’s the thing about him: he has a way to make you feel at home, no matter who you are.

We know that good things don’t last forever, but here’s hoping for another 15 years. Thanks for all you do, Cody. We wouldn’t be here without you! 💛
