Busy Busy 🐝 Weekend. New cheeses (aged and fresh) are packaged up and added to the cheese board! In addition, Roots Farm and Roundabout Farmette Bakery have some special treats only available to our Members. The members milk shed is open 7 days a week 10am-6pm.

Yogurt flavor of the week - Blueberry, Huckleberry, Lemon Vanilla. Made with fresh berries, sugar, lemon juice, and my aged bourbon vanilla extract. (I might get in trouble with the Mr. for pillaging the last of our Huckleberry supply).

Lots of new items at the members milkshed! The cheese fridge is stocked, back by popular demand is the Caribbean ghost pepper Guido, and a chimichurri cheddar. Fresh Brie and the Twisted Blue can be found in the fridge. In addition, we have a new vendor Roots Farm will be supplying our members with fresh greens and produce. Roundabout Farmette Bakery went all out this week - Adult pop tarts, need I say more!
Last but not least we are featuring a special author and illustrator. For those who have kids or grandkids, check out Sharks of the A-B-Seas written and illustrated by Reagan Schleich. ❤️

Lots of new products for our members to try this week. Making its way from the cheese cave is a creamy Butterkäse and a Swiss style Gruyère. In addition we are featuring a special treat similar to our Frommage Blanc. For all my Chèvre lovers out there, Fluffy Butt Acres a local farm in Eaglecreek specializing in Alpine Goat milk production, has supplied us with their rich and creamy milk to bring some new flavors to the Members Milkshed. Pineapple Habanero, Georgia Peach Spice, Original, Everything Bagel, Chive Garlic Parsley. In addition, Roundabout Farmette Bakery has been at it again - beautifully crafted croissants are available this week!

Thank you for all the support so far everyone, the bakestand sold out in just a couple days last week! Fresh out this morning are an assortment of cream cheese danishes (strawberry, cherry, and almond pinwheel), rich chocolate hand pies, and sweet lemon polenta sugar cookies

Twisted Oak Farm had a few upgrades over the weekend! Not only did James drive from here to Timbuktu to acquire a 60gallon milkplan chilling tank, we also brought home Lemmy, our new herd sire who will continue the Twisted Oak A2 lineage and produce some beautiful future milkers! In addition, the cheese cave is popping at the seam! Available now Dill Havarti, Hatch Chilie Guido, Twisted Oak Blue, Asiago, Chimichurri Cheddar, and more…herdshare members stop on by the members milkshed and enjoy the farm to table experience. Frommage Blanc (spreadable fresh cheese similar to Chèvre) flavors of the month

Fresh Salted and Unsalted Butter
Greek Yogurt, plain and Strawberry Mango Pineapple

In addition, we are debuting an English staple. Cotswold cheese, a notoriously popular pub cheese that is commonly served with hard-crusted bread and a strong, dark ale. Bright and oniony, the cheese kicks up an adult grilled cheese, or is a delicious addition to your bbq’d burgers.

Happy Friday morning herdshare members! Roundabout Farmett is back at it. James has now deemed himself the official taste tester and I had to fight him for half of the double berry strudel and a chocolate palmiers. AMAZING!!!🤩
