Why choose Marissa’s Dog Training LLC?

You may be looking around at multiple trainers and trying to choose the best fit for you. Here is how we stick out from other trainers:

✅️ We are certified in dog behavior and service dog training. This means we went to college to learn all about dogs and why they learn/act the way they do. We are always continuing our education with the most up to date techniques.

✅️ We are positive reinforcement ONLY. This means we do not use any negative tools or punishment to harm your dog. It has been proven and debunked that these types of methods do not work and actually do harm your pups way of learning. There are better techniques that are proven to work and help build a positive bond with your pup. This is the most up to date way of training.

✅️ We travel to your home and work with your schedule! The best way to train a dog is to actually train the owner as well. We love teaching kiddos too so we can work with the whole family.

✅️ We offer different payment plans on packages if needed. This helps you get the training help you need with a professional trainer and helps fit into your budget. We also offer discounts multiple times throughout the year!

✅️ We are currently the only board and train facility on the mountains (so far)! We will provide videos of each sessions, give homework assignments and will still require one on one classes with the owner.

✅️ We offer private lessons and go at the pace of your dog! That way our full attention is on you and your specific goals. We never rush sessions so you get exactly what you and your dog needs.

✅️ We offer behavior modification. We are qualified to work with anxious and aggressive dogs. Any breed, any age, any size, we do not discriminate!

✅️ We have over 10+ years of experience and have been in business since 2017. We worked at a dog daycare before starting this company to experience as many breeds and ages as possible.

Did you know we offer dog boarding? Here is our recent house guests, Henry and Pacheta. They were kicked out of two different boarding facilities because they were so stressed and scared. They thrived in a home environment and actually enjoyed their first stay away from home. We are so happy to see those big smiles! ❤️

We only take one family at a time to accommodate a personalized visit and make each dog feel at ease while their owners are gone.
