To our Valued Dyersburg Customers,
We want to provide an important update regarding your Sparklight service. We understand our Dyersburg customers have experienced recent service interruptions, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disruption this has caused.
To improve service reliability, our network partner has scheduled emergency maintenance for tomorrow, Saturday, June 6. This work will require a temporary interruption to all Sparklight services.
This maintenance is a critical step in ensuring we deliver the fast, reliable internet service you count on every day.
What you need to know about the maintenance
β’ Date: Work is scheduled to begin tomorrow β Saturday, June 6
β’ Start time: Work is scheduled to begin at approximately 7 a.m.
β’ Expected duration: Because this requires extensive repairs by our network partner, the service interruption may last for multiple hours. We are closely monitoring their timeline to ensure work is completed as efficiently as possible.
Automatic account credit
As a gesture of our sincere appreciation for your patience, we are automatically applying a credit to your upcoming statement. You do not need to call or take any action to receive this.
Restoring Your Connection
Once the maintenance is complete, your services should automatically come back online. If your connection does not automatically restore, please reboot your equipment using these steps:
1. Unplug the power cords from both your modem and your router.
2. Wait 15 seconds.
3. Plug the modem back in first, allowing it 2 to 3 minutes to fully restart.
4. Plug your router back in and allow it to power up.
