Major shout out to Trevor Howard for getting this thing back on the road in no time!! 🙌🏼 New radiator, new actuator, and a couple belts later and we are back to grooming! If y’all need any vehicle work done he’s the man!! All I ask is please no emergency work just because I might need that space to keep this thing on the road and y’all’s dogs looking fresh 🤣 Just kidding! Kind of 🥴

I’ll be reaching out tonight and tomorrow to rebook the missed appointments for tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday! Thank y’all for sticking with us 🐩💗

When it rains it quite literally pours 🥴 We’re thankful for a great mechanic that’s use to my emergency calls. Hopefully we can get this thing back on the road sooner rather than later but until further notice we are down! If I get it back before this weekend we will work all day Saturday and Sunday to make up for lost time 💗 Stay tuned! I will reach out to everyone to reschedule as soon as I know something.

Please help keep us — and your pups — safe from fleas and ticks! 🩵

If your dog has ticks and we begin the blow-drying process with our high velocity dryer, those ticks can quickly end up flying all around the grooming van. For the safety of all pets and our team, this is something we have to take very seriously.

We maintain a relatively lenient approach to most matters — occasionally to a fault — but this particular issue warrants ZERO tolerance.

Please make sure your pets are kept on vet-approved flea & tick prevention. If we arrive and your pet has fleas and/or ticks, we will leave and the FULL BALANCE will be owed before we re-book your dog. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe and healthy! 🐾

🚨 NEW ARRIVAL POLICY 🚨

If we arrive for your appointment and you do not answer the door…

We will assume you are playing hide and seek.

✨ New procedure:
• We knock once… professionally
• We knock twice… louder
• Third time… we start checking windows 👀
• After that, we leave and tell your dog you weren’t home

🐾 Your dog will be marked as a “no-show” and may lose trust in you moving forward.

Repeat offenders may also receive a text that says:
“I’m outside” …while we’re actually still at the previous appointment.

Let’s respect each other’s time 🥰

Yall we have been incredibly lucky to be fully booked since October. We’re going to slow down on posting groom photos for a bit, simply because we hate turning people away when we don’t have availability.

We do have a growing wait list in place to help us prepare for the launch of our second van. We will still be happy to add to that list! 😁

We’re extremely thankful for all the support and look forward to continuing to grow in 2026!
