🐾 Mid-Year Policy Update 🐾
As we head into the second half of the year, we’re making a few small changes to help keep things running smoothly for everyone—both pups and people! 🐶
🚐 New Client Policy
We’re currently only accepting new haircut clients who are able to commit to a regular 4, 6, or 8-week grooming schedule. This helps us build efficient routes and ensure your dogs get the consistent care they deserve! ALL first time haircut clients will be on a hourly rate.
🌞 Summer Power Needs
With the summer heat, we’re running an extra A/C unit in our grooming van to keep pets cool and safe. Because of this, we will need to plug an extension cord into your home during appointments.
⚠️ If a power outlet is not available, we may not be able to complete your pet’s appointment due to safety concerns.
🪳 Fleas & Ticks Reminder
Please make sure your pets are on a vet-approved flea and tick prevention program. For the health and safety of all our furry clients, we cannot service pets with active flea or tick infestations
⏱️ Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens and things come up, however, we still ask you please respect our time:
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged full price before rebooking.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of full price before rebooking.
This allows us to keep our schedule running smoothly and fairly for everyone.
