What a fantastic weekend at Re*****on Farm! We were honored to host Joel Conner Horsemanship and his incredible group of horsemen and women for a three-day clinic that never disappoints. This is truly one of our favorite events of the year — such a knowledgeable, kind, and connected community of horse lovers.

The horsemanship on display was nothing short of inspiring. Watching 15+ horses in the arena at the same time — all calm, focused, and deeply in sync with their human partners — was a beautiful reminder of what this work is all about.

Huge thanks to Jolene Duncan for facilitating this clinic. And of course, this weekend wouldn’t have been possible without our dedicated Re*****on Farm staff and the flexibility and generosity of our wonderful boarders. The farm is looking and feeling better than ever — and it’s all because of YOU.

What a fun, fulfilling weekend we had together. Can’t wait to do it again October 4-5 when we host Daniel Stewart Pressure Proof Coaching Academy.

Join the Re*****on Farm Team – We’re Hiring Part-Time Help

Re*****on Farm is looking to expand our team this year. We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with daily barn chores at our farm in Duvall, WA.

Job Includes:
- Turn out/in
- Feeding
- Mucking
- Barn chores

Important Details
- This is hard work – it's dirty, physical, and outside. We’ll provide all the tools you need and make the job as easy as possible, but farm work is tough and requires dedication.
- We expect reliability. If you say you’re coming, we’re counting on you. Please don't apply if you’re prone to canceling last minute. Just being honest, this will not work for either of us. We understand life happens, but this should be the exception, not the rule. The horses don’t care about the reason you can't be at work. If you call out sick, I want to believe you and give you time to get healthy.
- We foster a happy, drama-free environment. We have a zero-tolerance policy for gossip and handle difficult conversations with honesty and integrity.
- Safety is a top priority – both physical and psychological. We take no shortcuts here.
- Pay: $25/hr
- This is a documented W2 employment position
- Work hours/days may vary, especially during prime weekend hours (March-Sept). We’re flexible, and open to exploring all levels of experience. Willing to train with the right attitude and work ethic.
- Horse handling experience is a bonus, but not a pre-requisite.
- Open to anyone 16+ years old.
- Must have reliable transportation of your own.
- Opportunities for growth on the team.
