Durham Park Arena -- Open Public Arena, five minute ride from barn. Need trailer to get there and there is a park fee.

12X12 box stall with automatic waters and mats – each stall has a 30 foot turn out attached to it that can be modified to any needed size.

•Well-lit barn with a barn manager that resides the premises

•Stalls cleaned daily/Daily turnout-observation

•Feed – 3 times per day (Grass/Alfalfa mix) other feed available if needed

•Basic Grooming – Fly Spray applied as needed – Additional Cost

•Wash Ra

ck – Ferrier Area

•Blanketing – Additional Cost

•Supplements – Additional cost, we feed daily

•Medication administered under vet direction – Additional Cost

Cross-fenced Irrigated Pasture turnout daily – weather permitting

Basic arena – no lights/watered in the summer. Camelot Equestrian Park - Easy access to 1600 acres of equestrian trails; hill work of all grades, galloping track, cross country course, stadium jumps and open trails. Exercise Program -- Additional Cost for these services
