Does your dog constantly bark when he or she wants something outside of having to go potty? Do you give him or her what they want to shut them up? If you do please rethink what you are teaching them. You are essentially rewarding them for a non desirable behavior which encourages them to repeat this over and over! Ignore your pup! Turn your back or leave the room. When they are no longer exhibiting this behavior you may engage with your pup. After repeating this everyday for a few weeks they learn that they get what they want when they are NOT barking!

Puppies go thorough a critical period of socialization between eight and 16 weeks of age. During this period of time they mature very rapidly. If isolated from external stimuli and not exposed to the outside world, they can grow up to be fearful adult dogs.

When dealing with behavioral issues DO NOT wait to get professional advice. At the minimum do your own research on how to handle the issue. The longer you put it off and the longer your dog is aloud to continue with the undesirable behaviors the harder it is to correct. I hear from clients way to often that their dog has been exhibiting certain behaviors for more than 2 to 3 years. You are failing your dog when you do not correct the issues. If your dog has bitten someone a year ago and you are just now seeking professional advice you have put others at risk of being bit and your dog being confiscated.
Please be a responsible pet owner and seek help as soon as you see the behavior manifest.

Excellent read! There is not such a thing as the "perfect" dog. Like children they have their own personalities and idiosyncrasies.
Although I do not agree with the statement "the dog may just not like to play in groups" 100%
This could be true for some dogs however there are situations where a dog may only be comfortable with a certain group and the dynamic in that group. If you add a new dog and it throws the balance of the group off that dog may no longer want play. It's important as an owner to know your dogs body language and signs of distress.
